At Taco Republic we use traditional Mexican meats like Barbacoa and Cochinita Pibil atop authentic tortillas and topped with the freshest ingredients. We create ethnic street food by slow cooking, smoking and braising meats to get the simplicity of freshness and exquisite flavor. For those on the run, Taco Republic has a walk-up, to-go window where you’ll find a little piece of our soul: Wood-Fired Chicken. Cooked slowly on a wood-fired grill, it’s available daily in limited quantities, so watch the neon sign for availability. For those with a bit more time there’s a comfortable patio to sit, relax, and listen to just-right music while you sip your favorite beverage and even play a game.
