marinated pork, chihuahua cheese, onion, cilantro, cotija cheese, corn tortilla  

The Grand Prize

The winner of the Taco Battle will receive a Taco Truck Experience certificate that serves 20 guests valued at $500.

*The Taco Republic Truck is a fully-functioning mobile restaurant. Our truck serves select menu items from Taco Republic. The taco truck menu items include various kinds of street tacos, fresh salsas, guacamole and quesos, served with fresh tortilla chips. The Taco Republic Truck Experience will bring the fiesta to your gathering and includes food for up to 20 people.
